Is shipping free?
Shipping is only FREE in the UAE and for products priced above AED 150.

For products priced above AED 30 and below AED 150, a shipping fee of AED 5 is applicable.

For products priced below AED 30, a shipping fee of AED 15 is applicable.

There is a nominal shipping fee for orders from other GCC countries.

How long does shipping normally take?
Shipping normally takes 1-2 business days in the UAE.
Shipping to Saudi Arabia and other GCC countries takes 4-5 business days.

Will my package be delivered to my house or to the post office for me to pick it up?
Your order will arrive at your house or address provided by you. We offer free door-to-door express shipping service to ensure convenience and customer satisfaction.

When will you ship my order?
Orders will be processed within a couple of hours. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays and busy periods. Courier Services may also require extra time to work on the processing / delivery during peak season or before major festivals (e.g., Eid, Christmas, New Year, Valentine’s Day). For details on public holidays, please refer to the Dubai Calendar. Please also note that delays may occur as a result of pending payment authorizations.
